CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
All cancellations or appointment rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
Being on time is important to ensure no time is lost. If you are late for your appointment there is no guarantee extra time will be available. This may result in a less than ideal lash look for eyelash extensions or your appointment may be considered as a not show if there is not enough time remaining to complete your service.
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify the studio before your appointment start time this will be considered a no show. A non-refundable $50 booking fee will be required to book another appointment.(Booking fee will be applied towards your new appointment cost but is non- refundable and non-transferable if you are late, no show, cancel or reschedule your new appointment.)
A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent for any client under the age of 18 before any service will be provided. Any minor that does not have written consent on file will be charged for 50% of their appointment fee and turned away.
If you are unhappy with a service provided by Long Lash Beauty please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. Concerns after 24 hours of your appointment or failure to follow the proper after care instructions will result in a full price service. No refunds will be offered on a finished service including sensitivities.
CLIENT CONTRACT & CONSENT FORM
Before any service will be provided every client must have a client consent form on file. Please make sure you fill out your consent form before your first appointment to ensure no time is lost.
